1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, immediately cease all use and delete your account.

2. Service Description

2.1 Core Features

• Real-time video streaming and recording
• Motion detection alerts and notifications
• Cloud storage (subscription required)
• AI analytics (e.g., human/pet recognition)

2.2 Geolocation Restrictions

• EU/UK users: Data is routed to Frankfurt, Germany, by default.
• Other regions: Data may be stored in U.S. servers.

3. Account & Subscriptions

3.1 Registration Requirements

• A valid email and verified phone number (in certain regions) are required.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade subscription fees is prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account, including unauthorized device pairings.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

• Only for personal/household security purposes.

4.2 Technical Restrictions

• Reverse engineering, API scraping, or disrupting Service functionality is prohibited.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of uploaded videos/images but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to operate the Service (e.g., transcoding, storage).

5.2 Our Rights

• Trademarks, UI designs are the exclusive property of 11Cam or licensors.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Service "As Is"

• We do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted or error-free Service
  • 100% data integrity or recoverability
  • Absolute accuracy of AI analytics (e.g., false alerts)

6.2 Third-Party Liability

• We are not liable for Service disruptions caused by:
  • Internet outages
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Government actions or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters)

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Damages Cap

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7.2 Excluded Damages

• We are not liable for:
  • Indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, data devaluation)
  • Third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms

8. Termination

8.1 Grounds for Termination

• Material breach of these Terms (e.g., illegal surveillance)
• Legal or regulatory requirements

9. Governing Law & Disputes

11.1 Entire Agreement

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement, superseding prior agreements.
